Fried Chicken


Ingredients :-

1. Chicken legs - 1/2 kg

2. Ginger - 2 inches

3. Garlic pods - 5-6 small

4. Onion - 1 medium size

5. Lime - 1

6. Salt - 1 tbsp or as per taste

7. Pepper powder - 1 tsp

8. Cumin powder - 1 tsp

9. Garam masala powder - 1 tsp

10. Hung curd - 2-3 tbsp

11. Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp

12. Coriander powder - 1 tbsp

13. Gram flour - 2 tbsp

14. Corn flour - 2 tbsp

Preparation method :-

1. Wash chicken legs and put gashes on them.

2. Grind ginger, garlic and onion into paste.

3. Add ginger garlic and onion paste to chicken legs in bowl.

4. Add lime juice, red chilly powder and salt. Keep in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

5. Add all other ingredients after 20 minutes. Mix well and again refrigerate for 20 minutes.

6. Take oil in a deep bottomed vessel .

7. Once its hot, add chicken legs. Deep fry on high flame for 2 minutes and on medium flame for 7 minutes.

8. Take them out on tissue paper and serve with onion rings.
