Cheesy potato wedges
Ingredients :-
1. Potatoes (with skin) - 3 medium size
2.Corn flakes - 1 cup
3.Cheese powder - 1 cup
4. Oregano - 1 tsp
5.Paprika powder - 1/4 tsp
6. Garlic powder - 1 tsp
7. Olive oil - 1/4 cup
Preparation method :-
1. Wash and cut potatoes in the shape of wedges.
2. Grind corn flakes in grinder into fine powder.
3. Take a bowl and add corn flakes, cheese powder, oregano, paprika powder, garlic powder and mix well.
4. Take potato wedges in another bowl and add olive oil to it and coat them well with oil.
5. Preheat oven for 5 minutes.
6. Grease baking tray with little oil .
7. Coat potato wedges with the cheese powder mixture well and keep on baking tray.
8. Bake them for 20-30 minutes at 180 deg. Celsius.
9. Serve hot with ketchup.
