Chicken fried rice
Ingredients :-
1. Rice - 1 cup - washed and cooked.
2. Whole chicken leg piece - 1 or chicken breast 1 whole piece.
3. Pepper powder as per taste
4. Salt as per taste.
5. Eggs - 2
6. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
7. Green peas, chopped carrots, capsicum, spring onions - as per need.
8. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp.
9. Ajino motto - 1/2 tsp
10. Soya sauce - 3-5 tbsp.
Preparation method:-
1. Boil rice with little salt. Once done spread on a plate and set aside.
2. Take chicken leg piece or chicken breast piece in the cooker. Add around 1 cup of water, pinch of salt and pepper powder. Give it 6-7 whistles to let it boil.
3. Once its done, and cooker is cooled down, shred chicken pieces and keep aside.
4. Take a bowl, whisk eggs in it and add a pinch of salt and chilly powder and pepper powder. Whisk it well.
5. Take a pan, add 1 tsp oil to it. Add whisked egg in the bowl and let it cook for 5 minutes. You can make it like omelette and cut it into pieces later or you can scramble it in the pan itself. Take out in a separate plate once done and keep aside.
6. Boil green peas, chopped carrot for 10 minutes in a vessel. You can add beans or any other vegetables of your choice. Set aside.
7. Take a pan, add oil to it. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for two minutes.
8. Add shredded chicken, fry for 2 minutes and add ajino motto.
9. Add Chopped capsicum and spring onions. Fry for 5 minutes.
10. Add boiled green peas and carrots. Fry for 2 minutes.
11. Add 1 tsp pepper powder and mix well.
12. Add cooked rice and soya sauce. Mix well.
13. Add scrambled egg and mix well. Check for salt if needed add more. Serve hot !
