Stuffed capsicum
Ingredients :-
1. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
2. Onions - 1 small
3. Coriander powder, cumin powder - 1 tsp
4. Red chilly powder
5. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
6. Boiled and mashed potato - 1 cup
7. Mashed cottage cheese (paneer) - 1/2 cup
8. Salt to taste
9. Chat masala - 1 tbsp
10. Capsicum - 1
11. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Preparation method:-
1. Cut the top of the capsicum , making a hole to stuff the filling. Remove the seeds from the capsicum.
2. Preheat the oven and keep capsicum in to for 10 minutes in frill mode.
3. Remove it and set aside.
4. Take a pan on stove, add oil to it.
5. Once its hot, add cumin seeds.
6. Once they splutter, add chopped onions to it and fry till they are golden brown.
7. Add ginger garlic paste and fry it.
8. Add mashed potatoes and mashed paneer to it.
9. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, red chilly powder, salt, chat masala and mix well.
10. Cook it for 5 minutes.
11. Let it cool down and then stuff this mixture into the capsicum. Press it with the spoon to make it tight.
12. Cut capsicum like cutlets.
13. Take a pan and add oil to it. Add these stuffed capsicum cutlets and fry them for 10 minutes each side with lid covered. Serve hot.
