Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:-
1. Eggs - 4
2. Self raising flour :- 250 gms
3. Granulated Sugar - 350 gms
4. Baking powder - 1 tbsp
5. Vanilla essence - 1 tbsp
6. Fizzy water - 1 cup
7. Oil - 1 cup
8. Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp
9. Cooking chocolate - 1 cup grated.
Preparation method :-
1. Take eggs in a bowl and beat them with a hand mixer till fluffy.
2. Add sugar and beat it for 5 minutes.
3. Sieve self raising flour, baking powder and cocoa powder together and add to the bowl.
4. Add fizzy water and oil and beat it.
5. Add vanilla essence and grated cooking chocolate and mix well for 2 minutes.
6. Apply oil to the baking pan and pour the mixture in the pan.
7. Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees and keep the tray in it.
8. Bake for 20 minutes and check with a tooth pic or a knife by inserting it into the cake.
9. If it comes out dry, its done.
10. Sprinkle castor sugar on top and serve.
