Chicken kababs


Ingredients:

1. Chicken - 1 kg (with bones and small pieces)

2. Maida (self raising flour) - 3 tbsp

3. Corn flour - 1 tbsp

4. Chilly powder - 1 tbsp

5. Jeera powder - 1 tbsp

6. Coriander powder - 1 tbsp

7. Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp

8. Chat masala - 1/2 tbsp

9. Ginger garlic paste - 1 and half tbsp

10. Eggs - 2

11. Rice flour - 1 tbsp

12. Lime - 2 small (whole)

13. Hung Curd - 1 tbsp

14. Mustard oil - 2 tbsp

15. Salt to taste

16. Green chillies - 4-5

17. Coriander leaves - 1 small bunch

Preparation method:

1. Take a bowl, add all ingredients of marination sequentially as mentioned in ingredients.

2. Mix it well and make sure its thick to coat chicken properly.

3. There should not be any moisture and in case its not thick batter add little corn flour.

4. Add chicken pieces to it and coat well with marination.

5. Add salt last as other spices will have salt.

6. Chop coriander leaves and add to the marination to enhance the flavor.

7. Slit green chilies little from top and add to marination.

8. Keep in the fridge over night for best results.

9. Take a kadai, add oil to it. Once its hot, add chicken pieces one by one to deep fry them.

10. Once they turn brown , take them out on a tissue paper.

11. Add green chilies as well to the oil and deep fry it.

12. Serve them hot and garnish with chat masala and lime juice.
