Broccoli soup
Ingredients :
1. Broccoli - 1
2. Salt - to taste
3. Pepper powder - 1 tsp
4. Butter - 1 tbsp
5. Garlic - 2 cloves
6. Cream - 3 -4 tbsp
7. Onion - 1
Preparation method :-
1. Take broccoli and onion in a vessel and add little water just to dip the broccoli enough.
2. Boil broccoli and onion for 10 minutes.
3. Drain the water once its boiled, do not throw the water.
4. Let the broccoli and onion cool down.
5. Put them into blender, add little water which was used to boil broccoli.
6. Grind them to a paste.
7. Add cream, salt and pepper to it. Grind it again.
8. In a separate pan, add little butter. Once it melts, add chopped garlic. Let it fry for 2 minutes.
9. Add fried garlic in butter to the blender and grind it again.
10. You can see the consistency of soup, if you want it more dilute, you can add more water to it.
11. Take into the pan where you fried garlic, let it cook for 3 minutes.
12. Add little cream on top. Serve hot
