Paneer parathas

Ingredients:-

1. Paneer (Cottage Cheese) - Grated 2 cups

2. Wheat flour dough - Depending on no. of people (Here i have used wheat flour for 3 people)

3. Chopped coriander leaves

4. Salt - 1/4 tsp

5. Chat masala or amchur powder(Raw mango powder) - 1 tbsp

6. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

7. Cumin powder - 1 tsp

8. Oil to apply on parathas

9. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp

Preparation method :-

1. Knead the wheat flour with water till its smooth. Add little oil for best results. Set aside for 30 minutes.

2. To prepare stuffing, take paneer in a bowl. Add chopped coriander leaves, cumin seeds, salt, red chilly powder, cumin powder, chat masala or amchur powder and mix well.

3. To prepare parathas, take small amount of dough and dust it with wheat flour to avoid stickiness.

4. Roll in with a roller little bit to make it flat and put 2 tbsp stuffing on it.

5. Now close the stuffing with all ends of dough. Dust with little more wheat flour.

6. Roll in again with roller to make it flat . Make sure stuffing does not come out .

7. Once its all flat put it on tawa and cook it by applying 1 tbsp oil on each side.

8. Serve hot with pickle.

Serves - 3 people
