Sesame ladoos (Till ke laddu)
Ingredients :-
1. Jaggery - 1/2 cup grated
2. Sesame seeds - 1 cup
Preparation Method:-
1 Take sesame seeds in a pan and dry roast them for 5 mins till it starts spluttering and turns light brown.
2. Once it cools down, take it into grinder and grind just once for a second. It should not become fine powder.
3. Now add jaggery to the grinder and grind it once .
4. Taste the mixture now.. if more sweetness is needed add grated jaggery.
5. Take the mixture out of the grinder and make them into small balls or ladoos.
