Veg Puff


Preparation time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

1. Potato - 2 - medium - finely chopped

2. Carrot - 2 - big - finely chopped

3. Green peas - 1 cup

4. Onion - 2 - finely chopped

5. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

6. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp

7. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp

8. Cumin powder - 1 tsp

9. Coriander powder - 1 tsp

10. Puff pastry sheets - 1 big sheet

11. Coriander leaves

12. Mint leaves

13. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

14. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp

15. Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste

16. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp

Preparation method:

1. Take a pan, add oil to it. Once its hot, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.

2. Add chopped green chilies and chopped onions. Fry them till golden brown.

3. Add ginger garlic paste and let it fry for 4 mins.

4. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and fry them for a min.

5. Add chopped carrot, green peans, chopped potato. Cover them and let them cook for 15 mins.

6. Add chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves.

7. Now take puff pastry sheets, apply little milk to the sheets on both sides. Put little curry in the sheet and fold it tightly to one end.

8. Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius . Put all the puff's in the oven and bake them for 20 - 30 mins.

9. Serve them hot with ketch up.
