Tawa paneer
Preparation time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
For marination :-
1. Paneer - 100 gms
2. Yogurt - 3 tbsp
3. Salt as per taste
4. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
5. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
6. Chat masala - 1 tsp
7. Tandoori masala or tava fry masala - 1 tsp (Optional)
8. Kasturi methi - 1 tsp
9. Coriander leaves
Preparation method:
1. Cut paneer into cubes.
2. Take a bowl, add yogurt, salt, red chilly powder, Ginger garlic paste, chat masala, tandoori or tava fry masala, kasturi methi and mix all ingredients well.
3. Add paneer cubes to it and keep it in fridge for 30 mins.
4. After 30 mins, take a pan, add 1 tbsp ghee to it.
5. Once its hot, add paneer cubes to it.
6. Turn and mix it . Fry it till its little cooked and soft that is for around 10 mins and turn off the flame.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with ketchup.
