Spinach & cheese balls


Preparation time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

1. Spinach leaves :- half a bunch

2. Salt - a pinch

3. Bread crumbs - 3/4 cup

4. Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp

5. Grated cheese - 1/2 cup

6. Grated garlic - 5-6 cloves

7. Red chilly flakes - 1 tbsp

8. Corn flour - 1 tbsp

Preparation method:

1. Take spinach leaves and wash them properly.

2. Boil them for 5 mins and drain the water. Let it cool down and press the leaves with both hands to remove extra moisture.

3. Blend the boiled spinach leaves in blender and make thick puree out of it.

4. Add grated garlic and corn flour to the puree. Add a pinch of salt.

5. Add red chilly powder and bread crumbs to it. If there is moisture in the pure add little more bread crumbs.

6. For stuffing, take a bowl and add grated cheese to it. Add red chilly flakes. You can add any seasoning for flavor and mix it well.

7. Now make small balls of cheese and set aside.

8. Now take spinach puree mixture in palm and press it with finger to flatten it. Put cheese ball in it and cover the cheese ball with puree completely. Repeat it with all cheese balls.

9. If u cannot make cheese balls properly, simply fill little cheese mixture into the puree in the palm and make balls.

10. Put the balls in fridge for 30 mins for best results.

11. Now deep fry the balls in oil till golden brown and serve with ketch up.
