Sago seeds & aloo tikki
Preparation time: 30 mins
Ingredients:
1. Boiled and mashed potato - 2 small or medium
2. Sago seeds (Sabudana)- 1 cup soaked in water
3. Salt - to taste
4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
5. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
6. Chat masala - 1 tsp
7. Green chilies - 2 chopped
8. Oil
Preparation method:
1. Soak Sago seeds for 1-2 hrs. Add same quantity of water to soak as that of sago seeds.
2. Drain the water from sago seeds after 2 hrs.
3. Take a bowl and add sago seeds.
4. Add boiled and mashed potatoes to it.
5. Add salt, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, chat masala, red chilly powder to it and mix it well.
6. Now make tikkis out of this mixture.
7. Shallow fry them in little oil and serve with ketchup.
