Paneer fingers
Preparation time: 40 mins
Ingredients:
1. Paneer - 250 gms
2. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
3. All purpose flour - 1 cup
4. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
5. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
6. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
7. Salt to taste
8. Bread crumbs - 1 cup
9. Ketchup for serving
10. Chat masala
Preparation method:
1. Cut panner into 2-3 inches cubes. Set aside.
2. Take another bowl, add all purpose flour.
3. Add red chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
4. Now add little water to it to make it a thick batter.
5. Take a deep bottomed vessel and add oil to it to deep fry panner.
6. Take bread crumbs in another bowl.
7. Add paneer cubes into batter one by one and coat it with bread crumbs. Do it with all paneer cubes.
8. Now put these cubes into oil for deep frying and once they turn brown take them out on tissue paper.
9. Sprinkle chat masala, serve hot with ketchup.
