Paneer and cheese rolls


Preparation time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

1. Paneer - 100 gms

2. Onion - 1 finely chopped

3. Capsicum - 1 finely chopped

4. Pepper powder - 1 tsp

5. Salt - a pinch or as per taste.

6. Chat masala - 1 tsp

7. Cheese slice - 2 slices

8. White bread - 4

Preparation method:

1. Take a bowl, add grated paneer to it.

2. Add chopped onions and chopped capsicum.

3. Add pepper powder , salt and chat masala. Mix all these well. This will be the stuffing.

4. Now take a bread slice and cut the sides of the bread.

5. Press the bread slice with roller like roti .

6. Spread the stuffing on the bread . Cut the cheese slice into thin strip and put on the stuffing.

7. Now roll the bread slice from one end towards other. Apply little water on one end so that it sticks to the other end.

8. Take a pan, add butter to it. Once it melts, add bread rolls to it and fry them till they are golden brown.

9. Serve hot with ketchup.
