Paneer and Aloo tikki
Preparation time: 30 mins
Ingredients:
1. Grated paneer - 1 and half cup
2. Boiled and mashed potato - 1 cup
3. Corn flour - 1 tbsp
4. Chopped coriander - 1 cup
5. Ginger - grated or paste - 1 tbsp
6. Salt as per taste
7. Chopped green chilies - 2
8. Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
9. Chat masala - 1 tsp
10. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
11. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
12. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
13. Bread crumbs
Preparation method:
1. Take a bowl and add paneer and mashed potatoes to it.
2. Add cumin seeds, lemon juice, chopped coriander, grated ginger, green chilies, salt, chat masala, corn flour, bread crumbs, red chilly powder and mix these well.
3. Rub little oil to the palms and take little mixture and give it shape of a tikki. 4. Make tikkis of the whole mixture and set aside.
5. Take a non stick pan and little oil to it to shallow fry tikkis.
6. Put tikkis into the pan once the pan is hot and let them fry. Turn in between to fry on the other side as well.
7. It will take 20 mins to fry. Once they are brown in color, take them out.
8. Serve hot with ketch up.
