Nimkis


Preparation time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

1. All purpose flour ( Maida) - 1 cup

2. Salt - 2 pinches

3. Carom seeds - 1 tsp

4. Oil for deep frying

Preparation method:

1. Take a bowl and add maida to it.

2. Add salt and carom seeds. Mix it well.

3. Add little water to make it a dough. Make sure its not too wet and rest the dough for 20 minutes.

4. After some time take some dough and roll it like a roti.

5. Cut it into diamond shapes with knife.

6. Deep fry in the oil.

7. Take out from oil when turned brown .Let them cool down and serve them like snacks. Can store it for few days as well in air tight container.
