Keema and cheese rolls


Preparation time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

1. Mutton keema - 100 gms

2. Onion - 1 chopped

3. Tomatoes - 1 - chopped

4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp

5. Salt - as per taste

6. Cheese slice - 2 slices

7. Red chilly powder - 2 tbsp

8. Meat masala - 1 tbsp (optional)

8. White bread - 4

Preparation method:

For stuffing:-

1. Take a cooker, add oil to it. Once its hot, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

2. Add chopped onions and let them fry till golden brown.

3. Add ginger garlic paste and let it fry for some time.

4. Add keema and salt. Cover it and let it cook for 15 mins.

5. Add red chilly powder and fry it for 5 mins.

6. Add chopped tomatoes and cover it again. Let it cook for 10 mins.

7. Add meat masala and mix it well. Put the lid and give it 5 whistles. Take it out once its cooled down.

For rolls :-

8. Now take a bread slice and cut the sides if the bread.

9. Press the bread slice with roller like roti .

10. Spread the keema stuffing on the bread . Cut the cheese slice into thin strip and put on the stuffing.

11. Now roll the bread slice from one end towards other. Apply little water on one end so that it sticks to the other end.

12. Take a pan, add butter to it. Once it melts, add bread rolls to it and fry them till they are golden brown.

13. Serve hot with ketchup.
