Grilled Veg Sandwich
Preparation time: 30 mins
Ingredients:
1. Cabbage - 1 small
2. Carrot - 1
3. Capsicum - 1 - chopped
4. Chopped green chilies - 2
5. Chat masala -1/2 tsp
6. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
7. Salt - 1/2 tsp or as per taste.
8. Cheese slices - 5
9. White Bread slices - 10
10. Ketch up
11. Toaster
Preparation method:
1. Take a small cabbage, cut it into half and grate it.
2. Take a bowl, add grated cabbage to it.
3. Add grated carrot , chopped capsicum(bell pepper) to it.
4. Add pepper powder, salt, chat masala powder, chopped green chilies to it. Mix all ingredients well.
5. Take 2 bread slices and apply ketchup on one side and butter on another side.
6. Spread this mixture on 1 bread slice and put a cheese slice on it.
7. Put another bread slice on top of cheese slice, with ketchup applied side inwards.
8. Put it in the toaster for 2-3 minutes and take it out. Cut it into triangle shape and serve hot. Make another with the mixture using 2 more bread slices.
