Chicken wings


Preparation time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

1. 10 chicken wings

2. Salt as per taste

3. All purpose flour (maida) - 4 tbsp

4. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp for marination

5. Chopped garlic - 1 tsp

6. Ginger and garlic paste - 1/2 tsp

7. Red chilly paste or tomato ketchup - 4 tbsp

8. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp ( Add more red chilly powder if you are using ketchup otherwise less)

9. Vinegar - 1 tsp (Optional)

10. Dark Soy sauce - 3 tbsp

11. Sugar - 1/2 tsp

12. Sesame seeds - 1 tsp (Optional)

Preparation method:

1. Wash chicken wings in the bowl and drain the water. Make sure there is no moisture left.

2. Add salt and red chilly powder to it and mix it well.

3. Add all purpose flour and coat the chicken wings with it properly.

4. Set them in the fridge for 20 mins.

5. After 20 mins, take a pan, add oil to it and add marinated chicken wings to it.

6. Fry them for 10- 15 min. till they start oozing out oil. Then take them in a different bowl.

7. Now in the same pan, add 1 tsp oil, add chopped garlic to it.

8. Add ginger and garlic paste and let it fry for a min.

9. Add red chilly paste or tomato ketch up. Add red chilly powder and mix it well.

10. Add vinegar,half tsp sugar and dark soy sauce. let it cook for 3 mins.

11. Add chicken wings to the pan now and mix it well.

12. Cook them for 7-10 mins and garnish with chopped coriander, sesame seeds and onions.
