Baby corn 65
Preparation time: 30 mins
Ingredients:
1. Baby corn - 10-15
2. Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch chopped
3. Curry leaves - 10-15
4. Green chilly - 1
5. Ginger - 1 small piece ( finely chopped)
6. Garlic - 6-7 cloves ( finely chopped)
7. Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 tsp
8. Rice flour - 1/4 cup
9. Corn flour - 1 tbsp
10. Maida - 1 tbsp
11. Curd - 1 tbsp
12. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
13. Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
14. Salt - to taste
15. Chat masala to sprinkle.
Preparation method:
1. Take a pan and add water to it. Add baby corn to it and let it boil. Add little salt to it. ( Cut baby corn into half vertically)
2. Take coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chilly, ginger and garlic into a blender and grind them.
3. Add red chilly powder, garam masala powder, Rice flour, maida, salt and mix them well.
4. Add curd and lemon juice and mix it well. The batter should not be too thick nor too thin
5. Put baby corn into the batter.
6. Take oil in another pan and once the oil is hot, add baby corn one by one in oil to deep fry it.
7. Don't flip the baby corn immediately as it may loose masala. Once they are golden brown take them out.
8. Sprinkle with chat masala, lemon juice and serve hot.
