Sago seeds pudding


Ingredients:

1. Sago seeds - 1 cup

2. Sugar - 3/4 cup to 1 cup depending upon the sweetness you like

3. Milk - 2 cups ( Can add more later to make it flowy)

4. Chopped nuts - 1/2 cup (Almonds, Raisins, Cashews)

Preparation method:

1. Soak the sago seeds in water for 30 mins. Add the same amount of water as that of sago seeds.

2. Take a vessel, add milk to it.

3. Once the milk gets heated up, add sago seeds.

4. Let them cook in milk for 15 mins. Do not cover the vessel and keep stirring.

5. Add sugar to it and stir well.

6. Add chopped nuts and cook for 10 mins.

7. Check if sago seeds are soft and check with sugar.

8. Turn off the flame once done.
