Pineapple pudding


Ingredients:

1. Digestive biscuits - 10

2. Butter - 1/2 cup

3. Custard powder - 4 tbsp

4. Sugar - 1/2 cup - 1 cup

5. Gelatin - 1 packet or 1 tbsp

6. Milk - 1/2 liter

7. Strawberry jelly packet - 1

8. Water to make jelly - 350 ml

9. Whipped cream - 1 cup

10. Tutty fruity

11. Pineapple chunks

Preparation method:

1. To make base, crush the digestive biscuits to course powder and add melted butter to it. Mix well.

2. Take a glass vessel to set the dessert. Use the spoon or glass to set the base of the dessert.

3. Press it hard and keep it in the fridge for 15 mins.

4. To make custard, take custard powder and add milk to it. Mix it to remove lumps.

5. Take milk in a pan and keep it on the flame.

6. Take gelatin in a bowl, add 1/4 cup of water or milk to it.

7. Once the milk is warm on flame add this gelatin mixture to it and mix it.

8. Add custard mixture to it and keep stirring. Add sugar to it and mix it well. It will come out to be thick texture.

9. Keep it aside for 10 mins to cool it down. Don't keep it outside for longer as it will start to set.

10. Now take the vessel with biscuit from the fridge and pour custard on it. Set it with spoon and keep it in the fridge for 30 mins.

11. To make jelly, take 300 ml water as we need thick jelly.

12. Add jelly mixture to it and bring it to 1 boil. Let it cool down.

13. Now to pour jelly liquid on the custard layer, take a spoon and pour jelly mixture through the back of the spoon. If we pour jelly mixture directly on the custard it will get to the base of the dessert.

14. Keep it in the fridge for 20 mins.

15. Take whipped cream or to make whipped cream, take cream and add sugar to it. Whip it to get thicker texture.

16. You can decorate the dessert with whipped cream as you wish. Here i have used pipping bag and decorated it on the jelly base.

17. Add pineapple chunks and tutty fruity on the top.
