Mango kalakand


Ingredients:

1. Mango pulp - 1 cup

2. Paneer (crushed) - 1 cup heaped

3. Double Cream - 1/2 cup

4. Ghee - 1 tsp

5. Sugar - 2 tbsp (Add more according to your taste)

6. Almonds or Cashews

Preparation method:

1. Take a non stick pan, add mango pulp to it it and let it cook for 2 mins.

2. Add crushed paneer to it and mix it. Paneer should be soft.

3. Add double cream to it. Keep stirring. You can add condensed milk instead of cream.

4. Keep stirring until its smooth and lump free.

5. Once done, turn off the flame. Add chopped cashews or almonds.

6. Take a vessel, apply ghee to it and add this mixture to it. Set it for cooling. 7. After 1 hour take it out from the vessel and cut as required.
