Dry fruits laddu for toddlers
Ingredients:
1. Chopped almonds - 1 cup
2. Chopped cashews - 1 cup
3. Raisins - 1/2 cup
4. Flax seeds or any other dry fruits - 1 cup
5. Raisins (without seeds) - 2 cups
6. Ghee - 3 tbsp
Preparation method:
1. Take a pan, add chopped almonds, chopped walnuts and chopped cashews to it.
2. Roast them for 5 mins and keep them aside in a plate to cool down.
3. In the same pan, add any other dry fruits if you have like flax seeds or raisins.
4. After they cool down, add them to the blender and grind them to a course powder.
5. Remove the powder in a bowl.
6. In the same blender, add seedless dates and make a paste out of them. 7. Mix this dates paste and dried nuts powder properly.
8. Add 3 tbsp ghee to the mixture and make balls out of them.
This dry fruit laddus are exclusively for toddlers as there are no nuts in it. That is why we have to grind the nuts to avoid choking .There is no jaggery in this as well.
