Coconut laddu


Ingredients:

1. Coconut - 1

2. Ghee - 3 tbsp

3. Sweetened condensed milk - 3/4 of can or 1 cup

4. Almonds - 10

5. Cashews - 10

6. Desiccated coconut - 1 cup

Preparation method:

1. Take pieces of coconut and cut out brown part of it . Grind the white part of coconut pieces into a coarse powder.

2. Take a pan, add 2 tbsp ghee to it and once it melts, fry the grated coconut for 5 mins.

3. Add condensed milk to it. Keep stirring to make sure it does not burn.

4. After 10 mins, add 1 tbsp ghee to the pan and mix well.

5. Add cardamom powder to it and stir well.

6. In a blender, add almonds and cashews and blend it to make a powder of it.

7. Add this powder to the pan and mix well with condensed milk and coconut.

8. Cook it for 2 mins and turn off the flame.

9. Let it cool. Once the mixture is cool make small balls out of them.

10. Coat them with desiccated coconut
