Sweet nimkis

Ingredients:

1. All purpose flour - 1 cup

2. Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup

3. Sugar syrup

4. Oil for deep frying

Preparation method:

1. Take a bowl and add maida to it.

2. Add powdered sugar to it and mix it.

3. Add little water to make it a dough.

4. After some time take little dough and roll it like a roti.

5. Cut the pieces of it in a diamond shape.

6. Deep fry them in the oil.

7. When turned brown take them out on a tissue paper.

8. To make sugar syrup, take 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar and bring it to the boil and let it cool down.

9. After 10 mins soak the nimkis in the sugar syrup.
