Sweet Dalia

Ingredients:
1. Dalia or Course semolina (1 cup)
2. Ghee (1/2 cup)
3. Water (2 cups)
4. Milk (1 cup)
5. Sugar (1 cup)
6. Dry fruits ( as required)
Preparation method:
1. Add 1/2 cup ghee to the pan and let it heat.
2. Add 1 cup dalia to the pan and fry it till golden brown.
3. Remove dalia from the pan into the plate.
4. Add 2 cups water to the deep bottomed vessel and let it boil. Can use milk as well instead of water.
5. Once the water is boiling add dalia to the pan slowly so that it should not form lumps and keep stirring.
6. Cover it for some time and cook it on medium flame, keep stirring in between.
7. Once it starts cooking add milk to it and let it cook for some time.
8. Now add 1 cup sugar to it and mix it well. Cover it for some more time and let it cook till water is completely evaporated.
9. Fry dry fruits ( almonds, cashews , walnuts and resins) in ghee separately.
10. Add fried dry fruits to the pan and mix it well. Serve hot ! :)
