Panna cotta

Ingredients:
1. Milk double Cream - 300 ml or 2 and half cup
2. Milk - 1/2 cup
3. Gelatin - 1 sachet
4. Sugar - 5 tbsp
5. Water - 1/2 cup
6. Vanilla extract - 1/4 tsp
Preparation method:
1. Take a pan, add cream to it. Keep stirring it.
2. Let it come to the boil , now add milk to it.
3. Mean while, take a bowl and add 1/2 cup water to it. Add gelatin to it and mix it. Set aside.
4. As milk and cream mixture comes to the boil. Add sugar to it and stir it.
5. Add gelatin to it and mix it well so that gelatin should dissolve properly.
6. Add vanilla extract to it. Mix it well and set aside.
7. Once it cools down, put this mixture in any bowl u want to shape panna cotta in.
8. I have used small glass shots here. Now put the bowl in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
9. After 6-8 hours the mixture will set. Using a knife around the corners take the panna cotta out of the bowl.
10. Garnish with any sugar candy.
