Mango panna cotta

Ingredients:

1. Cream - 1 cup

2. Milk - 1/2 cup

3. Gelatin - 2 sachets

4. Sugar - 1/2 cup or as per taste.

5. Mango puree - 1 cup

6. 1 glass to set

Preparation method:

1. Take a pan, add 1 cup cream to it. Heat it for 5 mins on low flame.

2. Add half cup milk to it. Let it boil for 5 mins.

3. In a separate bowl, add little warm water and add 1 small sachet of gelatin to it and let it rest in water for 5 mins.

4. Now add gelatin to the cream on hob and keep stirring . Mix it till gelatin dissolves.

5. Add sugar to it and mix it well.

6. Once its dissolves completely, turn the gas off and let it cool down.

7. Now take a bowl, add mango puree to it.

8. Add 1 more sachet gelatin to mango puree and mix it well. Set it aside for 10 mins.

9. Now take a glass, add mango puree mixture to it. Set it in the fridge for 2 hrs.

10. Now take the glass out and add the cream mixture to the glass.

11. Set this glass in the fridge for 5-8 hrs.

12. Take out from the fridge and serve chilled.
