Coconut Kheer

Ingredients:
1. Sweetened Condensed milk - 1/2 tin
2. Coconut cream - 1 cup
3. Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
4. Tender coconut flesh - 1/4 cup
5. Finely grated coconut or desiccated coconut - 6 tbsp
6. Chopped almonds and pistachio - 4 tbsp
Preparation method:
1. Add condensed milk to the pan and keep stirring it to avoid sticking at the bottom.
2. After it gets warm, add coconut cream to it.
3. Add cardamom powder to it and mix it well.
4. Let it cook on slow flame and keep stirring.
5. Chop tender coconut flesh and add to it. Mix it well.
6. Add desiccated coconut and chopped almonds and pistachio.
7. Keep stirring continuously and cook for 5-6 mins.
8. Garish with chopped almonds and pistachios. Serve warm.
