Paneer pulav


Ingredients:

1. Paneer - 250 gms

2. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

3. Green chilies - 3-4

4. Whole garam masala - Cinnamon stick, cloves, star annise, bay leaf

5. Onions - 1 chopped

6. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp

7. Salt to taste

8. Tomatoes - 2 chopped

9. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp

10. Water - 4 small glasses

11. Rice - 2 small glasses

12. Pudina leaves - 5-6

13. Chopped coriander leaves

Preparation method:

1. Take a cooker, add oil to it.

2. Add whole garam masala , cumin seeds, green chillies and let it fry.

3. Add chopped onions and once they turn transparent add ginger garlic paste. Let it fry till it gets brown.

4. Now add panner cubes to it. Add salt and red chilly powder to it and let it fry for 5 mins.

5. Add chopped tomatoes and cover it to cook till its mashed.

6. Now add water, pudina leaves and coriander leaves to it and let it boil.

7. Add rice to it and mix it well.

8. Cover it and give it two whistles.

9. Garnish with onions and serve hot.
