Chicken and egg roll


Ingredients:

1. Tortilla wrap or roti

2. Chicken - Cut into small pieces (You can use already prepared chicken curry as well, it should be boneless)

3. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp

4. Salt - 1/2 tsp

5. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

6. Tomato ketchup - as required

7. Chicken masala - 1 tsp

8. Chat masala - to sprinkle

9. Onion - 1 - sliced

10. Tomato - 1 sliced

11. Eggs - 2 Optional - lettuce, coriander leaves can be used.

Preparation method:

1. Take a pan, add oil to it.

2. Once its hot , add cumin seeds to it.

3. Add chicken pieces to it. Saute for a minute.

4. Add salt , cover and cook for 10 mins.

5. Add red chilly powder. Fry it for 5 mins.

6. Add chicken masala powder . Let it cook for 5 mins.

7. Sprinkle little water on it, to avoid burning at the bottom.

8. Cover it and let it cook for 15 min, till the chicken is cooked and tender.

9. Take a Tortilla wraps. Heat on another pan for 3-4 mins till it hot. You can make big size roti as well instead of tortilla wrap.

10. Beat 1 egg in a bowl. In a pan, Once its hot, add the beaten egg and put tortilla wrap on it so that it should stick to the egg.

11. Carefully after 2 mins once egg is cooked turn the tortilla.

12. Put chicken pieces on one side of the wrap.

13. Put sliced onions, tomatoes to it.

14. Add ketch up and chat masala to it. Roll it and serve.
