Prawns fry


Ingredients:

1. Prawms - 250 gms

2. Onions - 1 big and chopped

3. Tomato - 1 - chopped

4. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

5. Salt - as per taste

6. Green chilies - 2-3

7. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp

8. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp

9. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp

10. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

11. Grated or desiccated coconut - 2 tbsp

12. Coriander leaves

Preparation method:

1. Clean the prawns in turmeric water.

2. In a bowl, add prawns, turmeric powder, salt, red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, oil and mix it well.

3. Now fry the prawns for 15 minutes till it oozes all water.

4. Once done, keep it aside.

5. Take a pan, add oil to it.

6. Add cumin seeds, green chilies and let them fry.

7. Add chopped onions and let them fry till golden brown.

8. Add ginger garlic paste and let it fry.

9. Add chopped tomatoes and let it cook till mashed.

10. Add prawns to it and let it fry for 5 mins.

11. Add garam masala powder, red chilly powder, salt and grated or desiccated coconut.

12. Add chopped coriander leaves and let it fry for 5 mins.
