Paneer tikka masala
Ingredients:
For marination :-
1. Paneer - 100 gms
2. Onion - 1 - cut into cubes (diced)
3. Capsicum - 1/2 - cut into cubes (diced)
4. Tomato - 1 - cut into cubes (diced)
5. Salt - to taste 5. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
6. Red chilly - 1 tbsp
7. Curd - 1/2 cup
8. Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
9. Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
10. Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
11. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
For gravy :-
1. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
2. Onion - 1 - chopped
3. Tomato - 1 - pureed
4. Green chilies - 2
5. Coriander powder, cumin powder - 1 tbsp each
6. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
7. Kasturi methi - 1/2 tsp
8. Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
9. Coriander leaves.
10. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
11. Salt - to taste
Preparation method:
1. Take a bowl, add paneer, diced capsicum , diced onion, diced tomato to it.
2. Add salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder and mix well.
3. Add curd and mix well. Set aside for 15-20 mins.
4. In a pan, add oil. Once its hot, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
5. Add chopped onion and green chilies. Fry them till golden brown.
6. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
7. Add tomato puree to it. Add salt, cover it and let it fry for 10 mins.
8. Mean while, take a pan, add oil to it.
9. Once its hot, add paneer marination to it and cook it on high flame for 5 mins.
10. Once its half cooked, turn off the flame.
11. In the gravy, add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, kasturi methi, tomato ketch up and fry for 2 mins.
12. Add fried paneer marinatio to the gravy. Cover it and cook for 5 mins.
13. Garnish with coriander leaves.
