Paneer Burji
Ingredients:
1. Paneer - 500 gms
2. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
3. Green chilies - 2-3
4. Onion - 1 chopped
5. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
6. Capsicum or bell pepper - 1 green
7. Peas - half cup (Optional)
8. Tomato - 1 chopped
9. Salt - as per taste
10. Coriander and cumin powder - 1 tbsp
Preparation method:
1. Take a pan, add butter to it.
2. Once butter melts, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
3. Add green chilies and chopped onions. Saute them for 2 mins.
4. Add turmeric powder and saute.
5. Add chopped capsicum or bell pepper and saute for 5 mins.
6. Add chopped tomato , cover it and fry for 5 mins.
7. Add salt, coriander powder and cumin powder and mix it well.
8. Crumble paneer with hands and them add to the pan. Mix it well.
9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
10. Cook it for 10 mins and turn off the flame. Serve hot with roti.
