Chicken liver fry


Ingredients:

1. Chicken liver - 250 gms

2. Onions - 1 chopped

3. Green chilies - 3

4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp

5. Turmeric powder, garam masala powder- 1/4 tsp

6. Red chilly powder - 1 and half tbsp

7. Coriander powder - 1 tsp

8. Cumin powder - 1 tsp

Preparation method:

1. Take a pan , add oil to it.

2. Add cumin seeds, green chilies and chopped onions to it. Let it fry for 7 mins.

3. Add ginger garlic paste and fry it till it starts sticking to the bottom of the pan.

4. Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder to it. Let it fry for 2 mins not more than that as spices may start burning .

5. Now add chicken liver to it. Do not cover with lid and keep mixing.

6. Fry it for 20 - 30 mins till its cooked.

7. Garnish with rings of onions and serve hot.
