Chicken & Egg curry


Ingredients:

1. Cloves - 4-5

2. Cinnamon stick - 2

3. Cardamom - 2-3

4. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

5. Green chilies - 3-4 ( chopped)

6. Onions - 2 big ( chopped)

7. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp

8. Chicken - 500 gms

9. Tomatoes - 2 big ( chopped)

10. Boiled eggs - 3-4

11. Red chilly powder - 2 tbsp

12. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

13. Chopped coriander leaves

14. Garam masala powder, cumin powder. coriander powder - 1 tbsp

Preparation method:

1. Take a pan and add oil to it. Once its hot add cloves, cinnamon stick, Cardamom to it and let it fry.

2. Add cumin seeds and green chilies to it. Add chopped onions and let them fry till golden brown.

3. Add ginger garlic paste and fry it till its brown. Add turmeric powder and fry it.

4. Add chicken to it. Add salt and cover it to cook for 20 mins.

5. Chicken will ooze water and when little water is left add chopped tomatoes to it.

6. Meanwhile boil eggs, peal them, put small gashes on them with knife.In a separate pan, fry boiled eggs in oil for 5 minutes with little turmeric powder.

7. Tomatoes should be mashed up properly. Now add red chilly powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and mix it properly.

8. Now add eggs and let it cook for 10 more mins.

9. Add chopped coriander and serve it hot with rice or roti.
