Boneless chicken curry


Ingredients:

1. Boneless chicken - 500 gms

2. Onion - 1 sliced

3. Whole red chilies - 4-5

4. Red chilly powder - 2 tbsp

5. Coriander powder - 1 tbsp

6. Cumin powder - 1 tbsp

7. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

8. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp

9. Salt - to taste

10. Curd - 1/2 cup

11. Chopped coriander

Preparation method:

1. Take a bowl, add chicken pieces to it.

2. Add red chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala powder, curd and mix it well.

3. Keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour.

4. Now take a pan, add oil to it and then add the marinated chicken pieces. 5. Cover it and let it cook for 20 mins. Stir it in between so that it should not burn.

6. While chicken is cooking, take a small pan, add oil to it and add sliced onion. Fry then for 3-5 mins till its transparent.

7. Now add this sliced onion to the blender, add whole red chilies and blend it with little water in it.

8. Add this mixture to the chicken and cook it for 15 mins.

9. Finish it off by adding chopped coriander.
