Salmon fish curry


Ingredients:

1. Salmon fish pieces - 250 gms

2. Salt to taste

3. Red chilly powder - 5 tbsp

4. Green chilies - 3

5. Turmeric powder - 2 tsp

6. Onions - 3 big chopped

7. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp

8. Tomatoes - 4 small chopped

9. Coriander leaves for garnishing.

10. Salt to taste

11. Coriander and cumin powder - 1 tbsp

Preparation method:

1. Wash the pieces of fish with turmeric and salt water properly.

2. Add salt and red chilly powder and marinate the fish. Set aside.

3. Take a pan, add oil to it. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter.

4. Add chopped onions and green chilies and fry them.

5. Add ginger garlic paste and let it fry till it turns brown.

6. Add chopped tomatoes and cover it with lid and let it cook till mashed.

7. Add coriander powder and cumin powder.

8. Now add little water to gravy and then add marinated fish to the gravy and cover it. Let it cook for around 20 mins. Turn fish carefully in between.

9. Add chopped coriander for garnishing. Serve hot with rice.
