Paneer and Cashew curry


Ingredients:

1. Paneer (Cottage Cheese) - 250 gms

2. Cashews - 1 cup

3. Onions (Pureed) - 2 medium

4. Tomatoes (Pureed) - 2 small or 1 big

5. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp

6. Whole garam masala

7. Green Chilies - 2-3

8. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp

9. Salt to taste

10. Coriander powder - 1 tsp

11. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

12. Fresh cream - 3-4 tbsp

13. Milk - 1/2 cup

14. Chopped coriander leaves.

15. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

Preparation method:

1. Take a pan and add oil to it.

2. Add whole garam masala. Add ginger garlic paste and let it fry.

3. Add pureed onions and let it fry. Add chopped green chilies.

4. Once they are properly fried add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and fry them.

5. Add pureed tomatoes and let it cook for 10 mins.

6. Meanwhile roast cashews in 2 tbsp of oil.

7. Once tomatoes are cooked, add cream and milk and mix properly.

8. Add paneer cubes and after some time add cashews to it.

9. Add salt to the gravy now.

10.Cover it and let it cook for 10 mins.

11. Add garam masala to it now and mix it well.

12. Add some cashews and chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.
