Mutton Rogan Josh
Ingredients:
1. Mutton - 500 gms
2. Onions - 3 big sliced
3. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
4. Salt - to taste.
5. For masala - Kashmiri red chili powder - 4-5 tbsp , garam masala - 1 tsp, coriander powder - 1 tbsp, cumin powder - 1 tbsp
Preparation method:
1. Take a cooker and add 7-8 tbsp oil to it.
2. Add sliced onions to it and let it fry till transparent.
3. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till brown.
4. Now add mutton and salt . Let it fry for 20 mins.
5. For masala - Take 1 cup water, add kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder and mix it well.
6. Once the mutton oozes all the water, add this masala water to it and let it cook for 10 mins.
7. Give it 8-10 whistles. If cooking in pan.. it will take 1 hour to cook.
8. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
