Lady finger curry
Ingredients:
1. Lady finger - 500 gms
2. Coconut - 1/2 grated
3. Onion - 1 chopped
4. Sambhar powder - 1 tbsp
5. Tomatoes - 1 chopped
6. Coriander leaves
7. Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
8. Green chilies - 2
9. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
10. salt to taste
11. Tamarind juice - 1 or 2 cups
Preparation method:
1. Cut lady finger into small pieces. Take a pan, add oil to it and fry lady finger till 70 % cooked.
2. Take a blender, add coconut pieces, chopped onion, sambhar powder, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves and blend it.
3. Take a cooker, add oil to it.. Add cumin seeds to it and let them splutter. 4. Add green chilies and chopped onions. Let them fry.
5. Add ginger garlic paste and fry it.
6. Add grinded paste and fry it properly.
7. Now add lady finger and salt. Mix it well.
8. Add tamarind juice and let it boil for some time.
9. Give it two whistles. Serve it hot with rice.
