Chicken liver masala

Ingredients:
1. Chicken liver - 250 gms
2. Onions - 2 chopped
3. Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
4. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
5. Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
6. Coriander powder, cumin powder - 1 tsp
7. Coconut powder - 2 tbsp
8. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp.
9. Coriander leaves.
10. Salt - to taste
11. Whole garam masala
12. Onions - 2 chopped
Preparation method:
1. Take liver in a bowl, add red chili powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, salt, little oil and mix it well.
2. In a pan, add 2 tbsp oil and marinated liver to it. Let it fry till it oozes all moisture.
3. Once its done, take liver out in a bowl. In the same pan, add whole garam masala.
4. Add chopped onions and let them fry till transparent.
5. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and fry for 5-7 mins.
6. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and fry it for some time.
7. Add little water, cover it and let it cook for 7 mins.
8. Now add liver and garam masala powder to it and let it cook for 5-10 mins. Do not cover the pan once liver is added.
9. Add chopped coriander and mix it well. Add salt if its less. Garnish with coriander leaves and sliced onions.
